As a 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫, I always believed that hard work in my profession would be enough to provide for my family. 𝑩𝒖𝒕 𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒊𝒎𝒆, 𝑰 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒚 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒔 𝒏𝒐 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒔𝒖𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒅𝒔.

𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐈 𝐚𝐦 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐈 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧. This career has g𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 like Meralco, water, internet, and even allows me to enjoy small moments of self-care without guilt.
